We chose Locspec because we connected straight away with Ryan, and he came with glowing references from previous clients. One of things we really enjoyed about Ryan and his team is that they are problem solvers, and were able to offer us advice about certain aspects of our build that we didn’t understand. They had excellent input and suggestions about what we could do and Ryan was always open to our ideas and worked with us to achieve our vision.
Our home came together so amazingly, and completely exceeded our expectations! We wanted to maintain the character of the old miner’s cottage while giving the home a modern look. And, we have definitely achieved that – and more.
You hear some horror stories about builders falling out with their clients, but this could not be more opposite to our experience. Communication was key throughout the entire build; Ryan kept us informed every step of the way. And we developed a great relationship with him throughout the build. Everyone in the Locspec team also worked well together, and had great relationships with one another, creating a positive environment for our build.
Ryan’s attention to detail was next level – we’re not sure we would have gotten that with another builder and this really added to our build. I would highly recommend Locspec for anyone who is wanting to build their new home or complete a renovation. The process with Ryan was seamless from start to finish and we could not be more happier with then end result.
When I called Locspec and requested a quote for our extension, Ryan came out straight away and then we kept in touch during the process. Having a budget in mind, Ryan and I were able to work together to try and keep as close to my budget as possible.
As we all know, builds can get out of control. If there was going to be any variation no matter how big or small, Ryan would discuss which I really appreciated and the communication was excellent.
The workmanship was second to none, we are so happy with the extension. It actually looks like it was always apart of our house which is amazing!
